Join our Mundaring office and be part of our terrific sales team with a true team culture. Position includes a variety of duties at the front desk. Great computer skills essential. Previous experience in real estate an advantage but no experience welcome to apply. Pay structure will depend on experience and open to someone starting their career in administration or real estate.

Sales Consultant

We are looking to further expand some of our areas of influence and strengthen our market share in others. You will find our company willing to support and nurture sales people with training and coaching on a regular basis. Our management team does not compete with the sales people so they are readily available to assist you with your career. We are looking for team orientated sales people who have a strong focus on systems and service quality. We will be introducing a number of new initiatives to the market place in the coming months which will benefit both our clients and sales team to ensure better results. We only employ full time sales people who are focused on getting quality results for their clients. You will receive support from both the marketing and service divisions and systems are very much a part of our day to day life. Sales people work within business development areas in teams which creates greater support and income opportunities by working in targeted areas with specialised duties. We look to maximise on your best skills and ensure you are able to develop them further with the support of some of the best tools available to sales people in Australia. We are seeking people who preferably live in the Swan, Mundaring, Kalamunda or Belmont councils or are moving into those areas. Our base packages include a solid base wage plus commission incentives which, includes four weeks paid annual leave and mobile phone allowance.
