At Real Estate Plus we pride ourselves on being the local Midland and Hills agent. But what does this actually mean?

Real Estate Plus was founded in 1999, however the idea of Real Estate Plus dates back even further. The initial concept of REP was generated by our CEO Milton’s experience within real estate. Prior to REP, Milton had worked in the real estate industry for over a decade, working with both successful and unsuccessful agents. These different experiences have allowed Milton to identify the key to a good agency; drive and passion. However to be the “best” agency you need to also understand your client’s values and needs.

Since Milton has been a local in the Midland area all of his life, he was able to build the REP brand through understanding the Midland clientele. Milton believes that the Midland area’s residents embody the values of family, friends and community. From this, he created The Real Estate Plus Group, the local Midland and Hills agency. REP is a part of Midland not only within real estate but also within the Midland community. Throughout the years REP has formed many partnerships. Two of the main partnerships are with The Smith Family and Swan Districts Football Club, as well as supporting many other clubs and charities within the Swan and Mundaring Shires. You will find us advertised all over Midland, from Ace Cinemas, local bins, doctor surgeries and the Swan Districts Netball Association fixtures. We always keep up to date with the local redevelopments and future plans. We run our monthly ‘I Remember When’ editorial in the Hills Gazette about stories of Midland and surrounding areas. Our aim is not only “helping people on the move” but to assist our clients in achieving their goals/dreams.

We “breathe and sleep” Midland… Across our network of offices we employ 48 team members, who are not only active in the local community, the majority living local too. We recently celebrated our sixteenth birthday and we are looking forward to celebrating many more birthdays with the Midland community.
