Introducing Chelsea.....

Every business strives to have a strong brand and whilst marketing supports this, at Real Estate Plus we’re aware that every employee in every department has a role to play. Our sales representatives have the most exposure to the public with dealing with clients day to day however, our team is made up of a calibre of different roles and each staff member has a responsibility to support our vision of achieving our client’s goals and succeeding their expectations.

That is why we have decided to utilise our blog to share profiles about our staff members. Once a month we will interview a different staff member. This week we will start with Chelsea Halloran who fronts our Meet & Greet.

How long have you worked for REP?

Just over 18 months.

Briefly explain your role and what an average day in the office is for you:

My role is working at Meet & Greet, I deal with all incoming calls and clients who are coming into the office. I also try and help other departments when possible. An average day for me could be anything from taking calls and walk-ins, helping Property Management, updating window cards.

Why do you love working at Real Estate Plus?

I love that it is a fun and happy environment but we are all able to be serious and work hard at the same time.

Share a fun fact about yourself?

Before moving here nearly 2 years ago, I lived in Queensland and previously worked in Childcare.
