At Real Estate Plus we have been working in the real estate industry for a quite some time and of course we have experienced various markets, clients and transactions. We understand the role of a sales consultant has evolved from just “selling houses”. That is why we now offer our clients a sales team to work with when selling their property opposed to one sales consultant. Our sales teams have been designed so that every transaction we handle is dealt with the high level of care it deserves. We have trained and formulated our teams so each member of our teams specialise in a different area of buying and selling.

We believe that there are four main components of Residential Sales. They are; presenting, buyer management, administration and marketing. We have recruited and trained consultants and other support staff who specialise in each area, whilst still having an understanding of all the roles. We believe that the correct skill set and job specialisation leads to better results for our sellers and buyers.

For example; our team not only consists of buying and selling consultants, but also has the support of a marketing division. The Real Estate Plus marketing division have a wealth of experience both in marketing and real estate, and their main role is to consistently look for new ways to market property. They work closely with our sales consultants to create the best marketing campaign for each and every property Real Estate Plus lists. This includes and is not limited to assisting with writing the Internet text, social media campaigns, creating print and digital ads, coordinating photography, drone and videography.

We believe that our unique team formula makes the decisions of selecting an agent a lot easier. Why work with a sole agent when you can work with a team?
