This is a question that our sales consultants get asked on a daily basis. The Internet and advertising strategies available to sell a product or service is endless, so what marketing should you use for your property listing?

It is a very open ended question as it really depends on number of factors including demographics, current market and value of the property.

At Real Estate Plus we want to attract both active and passive buyers with our marketing. Real estate is still in most cases, an emotive purchase, so in addition we have seen people buy completely outside of their criteria because they fell in love with our house. So we need to position properties so we attract all of the different types of buyers.

Some Sellers assume all our buyer activity comes from the internet, but our statistics collected by our sales consultant suggest otherwise. This is important, because if your marketing campaign is solely relying on the Internet they could be missing buyers, possibly even the buyer for their home. A general strategy that we use for all of our property listings is variety, our marketing team has been working closely with our sales consultants and we are happy to introduce to you our Bigger, Brighter, Better Marketing Campaign.

The Bigger, Brighter, Better Campaign are key strategies to market each one of our property listings to stand out from the rest. Over the past few months we have been researching, trailing and tweaking marketing tools we can use for different properties. We believe we have formulated various plans to target the right buyers for various properties whether it be a one million dollar acreage property in the hills from a 3 bedroom unit in Midland. The medium mix includes and is not limited to; local and Sunday paper advertising, virtual walk through videos, drone photography, social media and digital media advertising. What is best about this campaign is it continuously evolving just like the property market does. We are also on the lookout for better ways to attract buyers and market property.
