Preparing for the future

We cannot believe that its only seven weeks until Christmas! For the real estate industry; it’s not only heading towards the festive season but one of the busiest times each year. This is because heading toward Christmas and the New Year, people begin to set goals and plan for the future which results in more appraisals, listings and ultimately that all important sale!

At Real Estate Plus we treat training as the most important tool to prepare our Sales Consultants for any market. That is why on Thursday of this week, in the midst of preparing for the holidays, we pulled our sales team out of the office for a one day training retreat at Swan Districts Football Club. The purpose for this training was to set new goals and create a business plan for 2016. Both Milton Rendell our CEO and Brock Gurr our General Manger spoke to the team. Milton focused on personal and professional goal setting, whilst Brock guided the team to create new business plans.

We believe it’s extremely important to maintain our team’s motivation and culture. We do this by providing ongoing training, support and mentoring to all of our divisions. Everyone on the day was very engaged and the feedback from everyone was positive. We cannot wait for 2016, exciting times ahead!
